Welcome to Sho & Co, a relaxed, creative hair salon in Crows Nest, Sydney, where beautiful hair meets a genuine, down-to-earth experience.

Since opening in 2019, we've created a space where everyone feels comfortable, welcomed and looked after. We're all about great hair without the fuss, whether you're after a seamless, lived-in blonde, a bold pop of colour, a fresh cut or simply a little time to yourself.

Our team is passionate about creativity, ongoing education and creating hair that feels like you. We take the time to listen, offer honest advice and tailor every service to suit your individual style, hair and lifestyle.

We're also proud to be a vegan-friendly salon and to work alongside Sustainable Salons, helping us make more responsible choices about the waste we create.

Around 95% of our salon waste is diverted from landfill through the Sustainable Salons program. Hair clippings are repurposed for environmental and community initiatives, while donated ponytails can be used to create wigs for people experiencing medically induced hair loss. Our aluminium foils are collected and recycled back into new aluminium products, and other salon materials are sorted and recycled wherever possible.

Through the program, our salon waste also helps support important community initiatives and charities, including OzHarvest.

For us, sustainability is about making small, meaningful choices wherever we can, without compromising on great hair.

Most importantly, we want Sho & Co to feel like a place you can walk into, feel comfortable and be yourself. Whether you want to chat, have a laugh, switch off for a while or completely transform your hair, you're always welcome here.
